Institute Of Technology Bandung has been carrying out research on forest plants in Indonesia.Through their research they have proved that some plant species like jackfruit (Artocarpus champeden)  contain dozens of new chemicals.

Substances for the first time found in them were named Artoindonesianin A,Artoindonesianin B, Artoindonesianin C,and so on until Artoindonesianin V.Artoindonesianin is Considered to be anti-malarial.
