Jiddu Krishnamurti was born on 12th May 1895 in Madanpally In Andhra Pradesh.Jiddu Krishnamurti is regarded as one of the greatest philosophical and spiritual figures of the20th century.
For almost 60yrs years,J Krishnamurti traveled around the world and spoke spontaneously to large audiences until the end of his life in 1986 at the age of ninety. J .Krishnamurti had no permanent home, but when not traveling, he often stayed in Ojai, California, Brockwood Park, England, and in Chennai, India.
Jiddu Krishnamurti was first discovered by the Theosophists on a beach in India in 1910. Krishnamurti was just 13 years old at that time.Annie Besant decided to educate Krishnamurti and his brother in England.
In 1929, at the age of 32 and at one of annual European gatherings of the Theosophists in Holland, Jiddu Krishnamurti announced his decision to step down from any formal role or plan to promote him as a World Teacher.
Jiddu Krishnamurti has authored several books, among them are The First and Last Freedom (1954), The Only Revolution (1969), and Krishnamurti's Notebook (1976)
