| In the Apostolic Palace in the Vatican there are four Raphael's rooms which form a suite of reception rooms which can be accessed by the public . Raphael’s Room are famous for their fresco paintings by Raphael . These Suites were originally chosen by Pope Julius II to live. The task of decorating the ceilings had been entrusted to different artists,but in 1508 Italian Architect Bramante introduced Raphael and requested that he immediately began working on the “Room Of Segnatura”. Impressed by the quality of work, Pope decided to let him decorate the entire suite of rooms and rooms painted by him were named after him as Stanze di Raffaello ("Raphael's rooms") . | |||||||||
